PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal via secure SSL-encrypted servers.
  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days — among the fastest in the industry.
  • Multiple items on the same invoice ship at no extra cost.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery information:

We advise:

  • Delivery within the Lithuania usually takes up to 1-3 business days to arrive.
  • Delivery within the EU usually takes up to 5 – 10 business days to arrive.
  • Outside of the EU please allow up to 20 business days to arrive but usually quicker!
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

PLEASE NOTE – We send Royal Mail and times do vary. We dispatch quickly but do allow time for delivery. Times vary for different countries.

Terms and conditions:

  • If you receive a product of inadequate quality, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the product of inadequate quality will be replaced with a quality product or you will be refunded the money you paid.
  • In the event that the reason for returning the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace it with goods of adequate quality or refund your money (we note that the customer must have a document proving the purchase).
  • In accordance with the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001, item 17.4, printed books, reproductions and other products of the printing industry are non-returnable.
  • Individually designed packaging (goods) made to order by the buyer are not returnable, unless the goods are damaged or do not meet the requirements agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.
  • In the event of a return, all shipping costs (including customs costs if shipped from third countries) are covered by the buyer’s account.

When returning goods, the following rules must be followed:

  • The returned item must be unused and undamaged by the Buyer.
  • The product must not have lost its marketable appearance.
  • The returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer.
  • When returning an item, it is necessary to provide a document proving its purchase.
